The Soul Christmas Appeal is a wonderful opportunity for us all to make a real difference in the lives of some of Newcastle’s most vulnerable. By donating to the Christmas Appeal, you can help provide much needed resources and festive cheer to those who need it most.
Getting involved is simple. You can donate online, drop off items at Soul Hub, or even organize a collection drive within your community. Every contribution, no matter how small, helps to spread the spirit of giving and compassion.
Here is how you can be involved:

Stories of Hope
To help create that ripple effect, each week of the Christmas Appeal we will be sharing a Story of Hope. There is too much bad news, despondency, condemnation and trolling in our world. At Soul, this Christmas, we are choosing to be catalysts for Hope. As it says on the back of our Soul uniform:
Everyone’s welcome
because nobody’s perfect
and anything’s possible
Believing that anything’s possible, that’s hope.
Your support will create more stories of hope—like Jacob’s.
After becoming homeless, Jacob felt hopeless. “I didn’t have the will to live,” he said. “I felt like I was going nowhere and wasn’t getting the help I needed.” Fortunately, Jacob found Soul Hub. “Soul gives me hope and is helping me out of my dark place… It’s a great place. Without Soul Hub, I don’t know where I would be.”
