Since 2018, Soul Hub have been operating a laundry service – a service that has assisted guests with 276 loads of washing in the last 12 months alone! All four machines were generously donated to Soul, and we run the service through donated supplies.

It’s not easy to clean and dry clothes and blankets when you are sleeping rough or inadequately housed. At Soul, we do our little bit to help. Guests can drop of their gear off today and our amazing reception volunteers will wash, dry & fold it ready to be picked up the next day.

It mightn’t seem like much, but having clean clothes to wear is a huge self-esteem and dignity boost. Laundry is just another part of Souls ‘convergence of help’ for vulnerable and homeless people living in the Hunter.
