Everybody’s welcome at Soul as a GUEST, no one who walks through our doors are a client or a number, they’re a GUEST. We have all experienced the vast difference between being treated as a guest, as a customer, or as an annoyance. Sometimes you walk into a business ready to give them some of your hard earned cash and you just feel like they are annoyed that you are there!
When people walk into Soul, we want them to feel a very particular way. We want them to feel like a welcome guest.
Our welcome at Soul is a big, big deal and its essential that all who walk through our doors, guests, volunteers, donors, visitors, etc. are warmly welcomed into the Soul community.
When we open for brekkie tomorrow, we can’t wait to welcome our guests back to the dining room after a long cold night.
