Meet Greg – “It’s a safe place”

Greg says he loves volunteering at Soul because it gives him an opportunity to connect with people from all walks of life, “I have the privilege of meeting people I might never have crossed paths with otherwise. It has taught me the power of community and the difference that can be made when people come together to support one another”.

One of the things Greg enjoys about volunteering at Soul is the sense of camaraderie. He also loves the palpable impact Soul has on the lives of the people we serve. “It’s more than a meal”, he says, “It’s a safe place, a kind word, and a sense of dignity for those who might otherwise feel invisible in society.”
