Centrelink provides practical support to help guests access payments, services and information suited to their circumstances. A visiting worker can assist with enquiries, claims, reporting requirements, updating personal details and understanding available support. This free drop-in service is available every Tuesday, 12:00 pm – 1:30 pm and is usually located in one of Soul Hub’s conversation booths.

To chat with Centrelink, please see reception or any of our friendly volunteers wearing a Soul Hub t-shirt and they can connect you. No appointment needed.

To help guests connect with Centrelink in a welcoming and safe environment, you can donate to our ‘Convergence of Help’. This community of support relies on funding to provide guests with additional support and mentoring, build connections with local businesses and services, and co-ordinate volunteers.
