Uniting provides information and practical assistance to help guests understand and navigate the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). A visiting worker can answer questions, explain eligibility and access requirements, assist with the application process and help guests understand available disability supports. Soul Hub is a community access point for NDIS with a free drop-in service every Wednesday, 10am – 12pm.

To chat with an NDIS worker, please see reception or any of our friendly volunteers wearing a Soul Hub t-shirt and they can connect you. No appointment needed. You can then chat with staff one-on-one in our café space of private booths. This is a safe space to ask about eligibility, supports, and next steps.

To help guests connect with NDIS in a welcoming and safe environment, you can donate to our ‘Convergence of Help’. This community of support relies on funding to provide guests with additional support and mentoring, build connections with local businesses and services, and co-ordinate volunteers.
